We employ a unique and progressive pricing structure that does not reflect any traditional pricing structures that is employed by our competition. While other companies utilize a fixed price that is the highest possible denominator, we are constantly running our numbers and adjusting what you pay based upon the lowest amount possible in relation to how much it costs for us to maintain our fleet. What this means is that when our prices go down -- so does what you pay!
Absolutely not. We are not in the business to deceive or trick our customers. We have a great passion for the honest that goes into our business. As long as the vehicle that you rent returns in the same condition that it departed in, you will be paying the price that was quoted to you, no questions aksed. Our skilled and comprehensive customer service representatives leave no stones unturned when describing exactly what you will be paying on the day of your rental.
In order to maintain our excellent customer service record and our wide spread and extensive service area we are sure to keep our phone lines open twenty four hours a day and seven days a week. So any time you have an inclination to book an event or service day you can be sure that we will be answering the phone and not an automated phone system which can be difficult to navigate. If you ever have any questions then you can be sure that we will be there to answer them.
In order to preserve the pristine condition that our vehicles currently exist in, we do not allow smoking on board of our vehicles. We are wary of cigarette smoking on board of our vehicles because they are a fire hazard and can and do cause excessive wear and tear to the interior of the vehicles. However, our drivers are more than happy to make a stop whenever you need so you or anyone in your party may stop and enjoy a smoke break.
It is absolutely legal to drink alcohol on board any of our limo or limo bus vehicles and, in fact, a good portion of our fleet features bar areas that are granite topped, stylish, and can store and keep cold whatever drinks you may have. The ability to drink alcohol on board our vehicles is a major plus for many parties, especially for those looking to keep the party going in between destinations.
People of all ages are welcome on board any of our vehicles. In fact, we frequently service parties that include children such as childrens' birthday parties and field days. However, for obvious reasons, we can not allow drinking on board of any vehicles that has anyone under the legal drinking age on board, and we will always card the guests of vehicles that have alcohol on board. We do this to ensure the safety of all of our customers and guests.
Unfortunately, once you have put down your deposit or paid in full we can not cancel the reservation. The card that you used to put down that deposit will be charged regardless of whether or not you actually end up utilizing the service. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, but it is necessary in order to protect the time of our drivers and the credibility of our fleet and service.

We actually strongly encourage our customers and clients to tour the vehicle or vehicles that they plan on renting before actually renting them. This way they know exactly what it is that they will be renting on the day of and there will be no surprises. It also gives you a chance to inspect the condition that the vehicle is in.
